The homepage now includes our first verified generated video. Photo setup is ready to try; public checkout and generation are still being tested.

The video

What is Hotel Lobby Studio?

Hotel Lobby Studio is an independent creative experiment for turning two adult portraits into a new orange-booth duet video. It is currently a public preview. Public generation is not open yet. The homepage includes a real 5-second sample generated from two fictional adult portraits.

What format will the clip use?

The first version is configured for a 5-second, 9:16 vertical, 480p MP4 with no audio. Longer clips, HD options and audio generation are not available in this version.

Does it copy the original performance or replace faces in a video?

The planned workflow generates a new performance from two image references. It does not take an existing performance video as input, reproduce its exact choreography or promise synchronized lyrics. Our first sample shows two people interacting in a stable orange booth. It is one example, not a guarantee of likeness or movement quality for other photos.

Does the video include the Hotel Lobby song?

No. This studio is configured to make a silent clip and does not supply the song. Add a sound available for your intended use in the app where you post. Sound availability varies with the platform, account and region.

Your photos

Do I need one photo or two?

This studio requires two separate photos, one adult per file. A single group-photo mode is not supported. Use JPG, PNG or WebP files, up to 5 MB each, and choose clear faces with a visible upper body.

Can I use a photo of someone else?

Use photos of yourself or adults who agreed to appear in the synthetic clip. The studio asks you to confirm that you have permission to use both photos before a generation can be submitted.

Does selecting a photo upload it?

No. Choosing a photo creates a preview in your browser. Files are sent to the video provider only when generation is enabled and you submit a generation. You can remove a selected photo from the setup before submitting.

How long does the provider keep the photos and result?

The planned generation uses the provider’s temporary file service. We do not yet have a verified retention period to promise. Result links are temporary, so download a successful clip promptly. Selecting a photo in the current disabled preview does not upload it.

Availability & cost

Why is Generate my video disabled?

The first video sample has been verified. Public generation is still disabled while paid checkout is being connected and tested. You can try selecting and removing photos, but the page cannot create a real clip yet.

Is generation free, and how much will it cost?

No. Video generation will require payment, with no free generations. Pricing will be shown before purchase. Checkout and video generation are not available yet; choosing photos only previews them on your device.

What should I do if a generation takes too long or its status is unknown?

Use Check progress to look up the same task. This does not submit a new video. If submission is uncertain, new generation stays paused while the task and charge are checked. Do not assume that a timeout means no task was created or no charge occurred.

Is the homepage video a real generated example?

Yes. The homepage player shows an actual silent video generated from two AI-created portraits of fictional adults. The separate still image in the guide is labeled as a concept image. Neither example promises identical results for your photos.
